Autumn time is upon me, and I intend to make the most of the last of the shooting season. I drove for 3 hours in the wee hours of the morning with a friend of mine to Riding Mountain national park. One of the only high vantage points in my province. Coming from the prairies that's saying a lot. we got there just in time to find a nice local to wait for the fiery sunrise to begin. If you've never heard of Riding Mountain, it's kind of like Yellowstone without all the waterfalls, but there are bison on the road, and lots of wolfs.
